Request row overview

Each table row includes important information to monitor your request:

A.Priority: Identify how urgent each request is.

B.Status: Know at a glance what ticket requires your attention

C.Type Icon: Know at a glance if the ticket is a request or complaint (only if your tenant uses complaints)

These features make it easy to locate specific requests and get a complete overview of each ticket’s progress, from submission to completion.
