Guest list overview

Overview

The Access list is a your overview of Myspot Access, designed to ensure an excellent experience within workplace environments by facilitating seamless invites.

It offers users flexibility and convenience to create invites for external users anytime, anywhere.

When you land on the Access list, you’ll see a table (D) containing all the requests you’ve previously opened and button to open new requests.

The table offers a few feature to navigate it more easily such as:

A-Search by invite title

B-Filters by building, date or invite status

C-Invites data overview

Data overview

The table includes several features that help you find and explore information easily:

A.Open invitations: The total number of invites you created.

B.Total guests: The total number of guest that you invited, this can be much grater than the invite number if you regularly invite more than 1 guest per invite.

C.Guest to be authorized: The number of user waiting on your confirmation to access your space
